Queer-Affirming Body-Based Coaching

Body-based support that honors identity, safety, and lived experience.

Queer-affirming somatic coaching centers the body as it is, shaped by identity, history, resilience, and survival. This work recognizes the impact of minority stress, shame, and chronic vigilance on the nervous system, and offers a slower, safer way back into embodied presence.

Together, we work with sensation, breath, movement, and awareness to build capacity, restore choice, and reconnect with the body as a place of agency rather than threat. Sessions are collaborative, consent-based, and grounded in respect for your pace, boundaries, and lived reality.
