The work we do isn’t about fixing or performing. It’s about getting honest. Getting embodied. Listening to what’s real in your system and honoring what’s already there—beneath the noise, beneath the pressure to be anything other than you.
And yes… it can get intense.
But it can also be playful, weird, tender, even hilarious.
You’re allowed to bring all of you here—the sacred, the messy, and the beautifully ridiculous.
Ways We Might Work Together
Somatic Integration
Drop below the mental noise and reconnect with your body's wisdom from the bottom up through body-based coaching.
Sessions may include body awareness, grounding practices, breath, sound, and movement—all held with presence and consent. This work is especially supportive for nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and reconnecting with what's real in everyday life, not just in session.
Mindfulness-Based Coaching
Practical, compassionate mind-body coaching rooted in presence.
We work with what's alive right now—clarifying values, noticing patterns, and tending to stuck places with honesty and intention. This isn't about hustle. It's about the grounded clarity that mindfulness and modern stoicism can offer when paired with embodied awareness.
Intimacy and Relational Work
This is relational, body-based work for anyone, solo or partnered, who wants to explore how they experience connection, touch, desire, and closeness.
Whether you're navigating shame, numbness, confusion, hyperfocus on sex, or something you can't quite name, there's space for it here.
Some folks begin the work after trauma.
Some after long-term recovery.
Some are wrestling with body image or dissociation.
Others are simply craving more depth, more ease, or a different way of relating.
You don't need to have words for it yet and you don't have to know where it's going.
Together, we slow down, listen to your body, and build awareness to understand what's been shaping your patterns and what might want to shift. This is not to fix you. The work may include attention to boundaries and consent, mirror work, self-touch practices, or naming desire without shame. It all depends on where you are and what you need.
Recovery Support & Integration
For those walking long-haul healing paths, such as recovery, post-psychedelic integration, spiritual shifts, grief, or identity transitions.
This body-based work offers a space to anchor, relfect, and stay connected to the parts of you that are emerging. Whether you're rebuilding after rupture, deepening after expansion, or simply trying to make sense of what's next, you don't have to navigate it alone.

What to Expect
This work is not linear, prescriptive, or one-size-fits-all.
Sessions unfold over time, shaped by what you bring and what your body is ready for. Some days feel steady and grounding. Others bring emotion, insight, or quiet recalibration. Many are simply about learning how to stay present with yourself in a new way.
There's no pressure to go anywhere you're not ready to go.
There's no expectation to "perform" healing.
Just attention. Presence. Practice.
